Good type of tiredness

There are basically two types of tiredness.One is the bad type where you think you did a lot of stuff and feel very tired but at the end of the day everything you did is meaningless and you feel empty inside.Second is the good type of tiredness where you did a lot of stuff that you really enjoy and is beneficial to you and others,at the end of the day you will be rejuvenated and you learn something new.

I am so grateful that I managed to experience the good type of tiredness very often.For an example,yesterday.I went out at 7.00am and reached home around 11pm.Tired and a little hungry but I was satisfied and very very happy^^

很累,但真的很法喜。三段不同的因缘,三个不同的活动,很感恩自己有能力可以付出,从中学习到很多课本上没有的道理,累积很多经验,增长慧命,期许自己能走的更坚定。

简简单单的生活，不必顾虑那么多，这多么令人向往啊！

最近一直在听的歌，虽然年代已经有些久远，但我觉得反而增添了歌曲的味道。曲写得很贴切，编曲方面也很适合整首歌的意境。姚谦老师写的词自己一向挺喜欢的，把城市人外在富足，内心空虚的感觉写的丝丝入扣，会让许多人感动深受。

最爱歌词中的那句：

“赢了所有失去最初的梦 最爱的人最好时光 一切不能重来”

个人觉得说的太对了，你拥有了一切但却是去了生命中最重要的东西，到头来还是一场空。所以人要珍惜身边的一切，分秒不空过，才不会后悔莫及啊！！！

伍思凯一直都是自己很喜欢的歌手，总觉得他的歌声有种很奇特感染力，不论慢歌或快歌都能让人完全投入歌曲的意境中。这首歌我中学是很爱很爱听，还记得当初会一直用Walkman重复地听，不停的唱。

这首歌诉说着对逝去的爱情的一种依恋、想念。那种届于忘与不忘的心情在歌词中刻画的很好。每次听都会有谈谈的感叹和无奈，有些事情一旦失去，不管过了多久，遗憾还是会在，乘你不注意时，再刺痛你。。。
