- Vege fish X 4
- Onion (diced) X 1
- Capsicum (diced) X 1/2
- Tomato (diced) X 1
- Cucumber (diced) X 1/2
- Thai Chilli Sauce
- Vege Oyster Sauce
- Paprika
- Grounded Pepper
How to cook:
- Fried the vege fish until both sides turned into golden brown colour
- Set aside the vege fish
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the Thai Chilli Sauce,Vege Oyster Sauce,Paprika and Grounded Pepper
- Add the diced ingredients into the pan and saute it for a while.
- Add the sauce into the pan and turn the heat to maximum
- Allow the sauce to reduce into more concentrated form
- Pour the sauce on the fried vege fish and IT IS DONE ^^
