Before my big day of the year...

My 1st wish:
Hope that everyone who celebrated birthday for me will accompany me to eat at least a meal of vegetarian ^^

Sweet and sour and spicy Vege Fish

Ingredients:

1. Vege fish X 4
2. Onion (diced)  X 1
3. Capsicum (diced) X 1/2
4.  Tomato (diced) X 1
5. Cucumber (diced) X 1/2
6. Thai Chilli Sauce
7. Vege Oyster Sauce
8. Paprika
9. Grounded Pepper

How to cook:

1. Fried the vege fish until both sides turned into golden brown colour
2. Set aside the vege fish
3. Prepare the sauce by mixing the Thai Chilli Sauce,Vege Oyster Sauce,Paprika and Grounded Pepper
4. Add the diced ingredients into the pan and saute it for a while.
5. Add the sauce into the pan and turn the heat to maximum
6. Allow the sauce to reduce into more concentrated form
7. Pour the sauce on the fried vege fish and IT IS DONE ^^

 

Shopping and Cooking

It is Friday!!!No class tomorrow so I had some time for grocery shopping and cooking dinner^^

 Bought Vitagen and bread for breakfast...

 Bought many different kinds of vegetable to cook...Hope they will last for at least 1 week...

 2 new type of seasoning: Thai Chilli Sauce and Soy Sauce

Another advantages of being a vegetarian: I bought so many stuff and it only cost me RM50...Imagine if I am a meat eater,how much will I spend...

The cooking part is as fun as usual...Today tried and modify a new recipe I found online:

Ladies and gentlemen, I present u spicy eggplant:

 Very easy to cook:

1. Boil our eggplant until they are cooked which may take around 10 minutes.

2.Put them aside.

3.The seasoning I used a few slice of young ginger,a chilli and soy sauce.

4.Pour the seasoning on the eggplant and it is done^^

 After my hard work,I reward myself a Vitagen along with the dinner^^

 

Soup of the day: ABC soup (minus the potato,plus the bak choi and toufu)

Nice dinner and I enjoyed very much

One year older...
But my growth had been stunted since I was 17...
I don't think I had grow matured for the past few years...
Maybe some improvement in the growth of my soul...

But it is still a BIG BIG DAY!!!
Can't wait for it ^^

Library...not pasar

I don't mind if you want to chat in the library...I do so sometimes...
I don't mind if you want to laugh in the library...I do so sometimes...
I don't mind if you want to have some fun with your friends in the library...I do so sometimes...

But please don't be too noisy...
Don't attract too much of unwanted attention...
Don't piss others off...
Keep your voice down...
We don't want to know what makes you so happy...

Weird Assessment

Will be having a weird assessment tomorrow...
An assessment for a subject called 医古文 which roughly translated into Ancient Medical Text...
Yes, I didn't make any typo mistake...It is Ancient Medical Text...
These text made the ancient text I learn during my secondary years so so so so so so so so so easy...

I didn't recognized around 15% of the words in each text...Some of the words are so ancient,I never ever saw them before in my whole life...So of them are so old and erm... complicated which I can't even clearly understand the whole text after reading it for 4-5 times...And mind you,my Mandarin is actually quite good...

Thus,I had to use the dictionary which I hadn't officially used for years...years...
The last time I used my dictionary that frequent is when I was taking part in the "Checking words from dictionary" competition when I was in primary school...







Tomorrow,we will need to read a random paragraph from any of the text and translate it...
Hope the one I choose will be easy...

Great Sunday AGAIN!!!
Enjoyed myself and all the stress during the last whole week are gone!!!Bye bye you won't be missed...

The opening of the new 静思书轩 in Kelana Jaya was awesome although I missed most of the ceremony...But ya...great atmosphere...Although there were many many more people than usual,I enjoyed it...Flipping through the books while listening to the chit chatting around is relaxing...Nice place and I think it will be my next favorite hang out spot ^^

The 社教中心 is awesome too...Again I think is the atmosphere...Too bad I will be quite busy this semester otherwise I will be interested to join one of the classes...Join Ah Han Introduction to 剪纸 class...Very interesting...

Will update more tomorrow...It is a fun and tiring day...Need to have some good rest...Tomorrow will be the beginning of another busy weeks and there are already a few stuffs that I will need to handle ^^
