Budu

从小到大，我很爱吃budu...
最爱的组合是budu+小辣椒+酸柑
酸酸辣辣的，好吃极了。

吃budu
当然是要配ulam了
有的时候，单单budu+ulam就能让我饱食一顿了。

就那么简单，
却包含着无限的滋味，
还有我对这片土地的儿时记忆。

如今吃素后
就不再吃budu了
家里也好久好久不见budu得踪影了
只是家人买nasi kerabu是会加一点点。

今天
老爸心血来潮
弄了budu配ulam吃。

看见那熟悉的颜色，
味道那咸咸酸酸辣辣的香味，
虽然我没吃
但也回味无穷。

感慨的是，
家里懂得制作budu的老人们都已不再人世
以后要吃当然还可以在外面买
但味道肯定不一样了...

天目山

好啦，虽然我们并没有真正爬完整座山，但沿途的风景真的是很美。
下一次到上海念书时还是要实实在在地爬天目山。

Hatyai...Wohoo...

It had been a long long time... I think around 10 years since I was last here...
The city changed quite a lot.
New malls,new streets,new stalls...
But some old places still exist...
The hotel we used to stay
The stall I bought my T shirt long ago
The place where I ate fancy ice cream
It is nice to be here again...
Although the non stop shopping is exhausted as usual...
The food here made it worthwhile...
Tomyam,ice cream,BBQ,fancy breakfast...
Haha...Hope our next trip will not be after another 10 years ...

吃饱饱的艺术

用心准备材料
用心烹饪
用心吃
不浪费
不挑剔
不杀生(吃素)
就可以吃得安心，吃得饱饱的
当然吃饱后也要
用心清洗
用心消化
用心吸收
才不会枉费之前的一番功夫 ^^

New semester...

Starting tomorrow morning with an 8 am class...
Till 5 pm...
What a great way to start the new semester...
After this week,one week Raya holiday...
Perfect timing...
Anyway this will be another busy semester...
7 different modules...
Practicals outside Uni (a little bit nervous)...
But my target remain unchanged...
At least 3.5 to secure another Merit Award...
Go go me!!!

Morning at home...

I love the morning at home...
So peaceful...
So quiet...
So soothing...
So cozy...

The cool breeze...
The fresh air...
The howling of my dogs...
The fact that I don't have to worry what to eat for breakfast...

Feels so good...

西湖's 曲院风荷
