圣诞节

这里没有下雪，但窗外的雨滴也是浪漫的
这里没有冬天，但雨季的天气也是冷冷的
这里没有华丽的装饰，但至少有个遮风挡雨的屋檐
这里没有圣诞大餐，但有家人准备暖暖的三餐
这里没有圣诞树，但屋外的木瓜树开始结果了
这里没有圣诞老人，虽然老爸的肚腩越来越大
这里没有圣诞礼物，但能在这一天陪伴在家人的身边，
何尝不是上天赐给我们最好的礼物呢？

Slow is not good

At least it is when I am referring to my revision progress...
Slow and not steady...
Ya,I had touched on every subjects but none of them are even close to finishing...
2 more weeks left...
Really need to gear up and launch full speed...

But with the busy schedule for the next few weeks...
And the comfy comfy monsoon weather...

Wish me luck...

Finally back home

KL had been raining a lot lately

which transform my trip back home 

A BIG NIGHTMARE...

Rain was at its peak when I start my journey...

With both my hand occupied by luggage 

and an umbrella

I decided to take a taxi...

How foolish was I...

Rain+Football match at 8pm+ The usual ass holeness of Malaysia taxi driver...

I waited under the rain

with my umbrella

and my soaked luggage

FOR NOTHING!!!

Most of the taxi just ignore me

The rest said they don't want to go to KL Sentral...

=.=

Ok lol...

Next time when you see doctor...

Can the doctor say don't want to cure you because the sickness is too hard to cure (no incurable but too hard to cure)

Anyway

after 1 hour

I gave up and took the LRT...

Less annoying but still...

Well

At least better than the no show taxi...

With my whole body moist

My wet luggage

and my shitty mode

I arrived at KL Sentral...

Luckily

the latter part of my journey was better

and I reached safely at TM around 9am this morning...

Taxi...

No wonder they are voted as the worst ever

Because they really are...

变化莫测的上海夏天

夏天的天气变化莫测
上海的夏天更是变化莫测
前一刻，阳光普照，热的不得了
一转眼，突然刮狂风，下豪雨
几乎把一行人的雨伞都折断了

10分钟后
台风又一瞬间停了
太阳出来了
天气又热了起来

一个小时后
天空又开始飘起了毛毛雨
雨势慢慢变大
然后雨停了
就这么突然

今天一早起来
窗外一片狼藉
树枝、自行车都散落在地上
昨晚看来又是刮狂风、下豪雨了...

Good Samaritan

The sky was dark when I was walking home to grab my text books but I thought I can made it back to Uni before the rain stops...It was only a 5 minutes journey...How wrong was I???

The sky started to pour gazillion liters of water and unfortunately I was trapped at my apartment...I need only 5 minutes to walk back to Uni but under the strong wind and heavy rain, 5 minutes is like 5000 days...Nothing to do but wait like an idiot...

Time was running out and the rain had no sign of stopping at all.Great,I will be late for class AGAIN for a stupid reason...I tried to run to Uni but the rain was just too darn heavy.I will drowned if I walked under the rain without an umbrella...

Then,I met her...A good Samaritan. I smiled at her and to my surprise,she offered me half of her umbrella. The rain is very heavy and she was already a little wet and still she was so kind enough to offer me half of her umbrella...

Although I never get to know her name but I believe she will be a kind and compassionate doctor in the future.

There are still many good people in the world.We just need to have faith and we will meet these great people when we need them most ^^

Revision at home

Been home for study break...Progress hmm... not good but not bad either.I planned to finish 2/3 of my notes before I am back to KL.Well,my progress now may or may not allow me to achieve this target.We will see...

Anyway home is as great as usual.I don't need to worry about eating (which is awesome),I can watch TV and catch up on some shows (too bad no more sport channels) and sleep better^^

But it rains almost everyday.
The rain + the comfortable bed is a deadly combination for studying...

The beginning of the monsoon season?

It had been raining since Saturday night,non-stop.Sometimes it is cat and dog,other times the rain is pretty heavy.

The downside of the non-stop rain are:

1. can’t go out
2. clothes won’t dry
3. “Service currently unavailable” is what we get from Astro
4. always hungry
5. the dogs will be howling whole day (They just don’t like this weather)

The benefits of the non-stop rain are:

1. sleeping will be most enjoyable
2. save electricity and money (no need air cond and sometimes even fan)
3. cold weather is always good for reading+a cup of hot coffee on bed.

Came out this morning and the road is filled with water.My house is kind of becoming an isle in isolation.Although the drainage system had been improved but it doesn’t help much.If the rain still doesn’t stop,no doubt there will be flood again.

So the most important thing to do now is stack lots of food at home and just enjoy the cold cold weather.

Another hectic day in Semenyih

We did a lot at the fish farm today…Prepare enrichment and feed our lovely fish larvae as usual. Then we need to change the water and measure the length of our fish larvae. Also we need to do the water monitoring all by ourselves, thank you very much Mr. Master Student.

The water changing part is quite complicated as this is the 1st time we are handling so many trays at the same time. The fish larvae kept “falling down” from their trays, so we had to think of a way to prevent them from falling to the big fish tank beneath our tray and get eaten by the talipia… Plus, we had no help or advice, thanks to another person. Luckily we are smart enough to think of a way to stop the fish larvae from falling away and control the water flow…

Since there are so many jobs to be done, we must stay in Semenyih for a little longer. Although we start our job early, we only managed to finish it at around 2pm. But due to the super heavy rain, we are trapped there for another 30 minutes. Finally, we get fed up of waiting and decide to face the heavy rain bravely and drive home.

Heavy rain plus the lame draining system cause the road out to the highway flood terribly. Gary’s Kancil struggle the whole journey and we were like taking a rally race in the rain forest.And after facing many many unseen holes and avoiding many hidden water patches, we reached Setapak safely at around 3pm, not to mention tat we are all wet,cold,tired and hungry.

(p/s:to all my fish larvae, please grow faster ya cos we are a lot behind the others…Love ya…)

终于下雨咯，把浓浓的烟雾冲淡了些，这样我的肺也会减少些痛苦吧...

Raining Day Dilemma

I basically love raining day.It will cool down my constantly overheated room, bring some fresh air and most importantly it is the prefect time to sleep.
So it is raining now at my place.I can feel the cool air blowing into my room, slowly lowing the temperature and it is just plain stupidity if I do not take the chance to have a nap.
But, I have Neuro Test 2molo and I just finish 2 chapters only....
So should I keep on studying now???Or I am going to continue tonight.It is just so difficult to make a decision...I am in a big big dilemma.


So the only solution I have here is to continue studying and hope that the rain won't stop soon....

关于雨季的几件事

一，一套衣服可以穿一整天，不需要替换(反正也不会臭）
二，家里会变成买衣场（衣服不能干嘛，挂满屋咯。。。）
三，大家都变成了宅男，干物女（整天呆在家里，出不去）
四，家里水费会大大减少（因为大家都少冲凉，少洗衣，也不需要浇花）
五，大家会胖几公斤（因为除了吃，就是睡觉）
六，家里的食物会很快吃完（天冷当然要多吃了。。。）

Rain

Raining is good...

Farmers love rain, especially after a long drought...

Those who sell umbrella and rain coats love rain cos it will increase their sales...

I love rain too, sometimes...

When I am going to sleep...It makes me feel comfortable...

Under my blanket...Warm and well protected...

But sometimes I hate rain...

Fishermen hate rain, they cant go out to the sea during rain...

Ice-cream hawkers hate rain cos no one will buy their ice-cream during rain...

I hate rain when I am not at home...

I will be all wet and to make matter worse I must spend my times in cold cold lecture hall...

Without my blanket...

It is so cool as of I am in the center of a large ice cube...

I also hate rain when I am taking off to somewhere...

The bus and trains will be packed with all these wetty people...

Even I was dry when I first went into the bus or train...

I will be as wet and as uncomfortable as them as I walk out...
