Things you ought to know about taking naps during the late evening…

 

  1. late evening means 5.30pm to 8.00pm
  2. you will try everything to avoid it but sometimes  most of the times,you lost
  3. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  4. you will be very hungry once you wake up
  5. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  6. you will have a short moment of satisfactory before
  7. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  8. you will be very very awake throughout the night
  9. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  10. you will try many many ways to feel asleep again and find out nothing works
  11. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  12. you will end up sleeping very very late that night
  13. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  14. you will not be able to wake up early the next morning
  15. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  16. even if you can you will feel tired throughout the whole day
  17. you will be super SUPER regret for doing it
  18. and you will be end taking another nap during the late evening

Conclusion:It is a vicious cycle!!!
