That is a pattern going on for each of our lab...
The last lab will always be a disaster...
From the lab classes during foundation until the final molecular bio class today,the last lab were always mess...
I wonder why???
First, the lab asst gave us a buffer which is way too concentrated...As a result, the sample we should be loading into the SDS-PAGE gel stuck in the micro pipette. No matter how many times we try and how hard we press, the sample just won't squeezed out.
Thus, we need to redo the whole experiment again. Wow, total waste of time.....
Luckily, the result is ok...But the bad news is we spend 2 hours and 30 minutes in the lab and nearly missed our Genetic class.Oh and did I forget to mention that we are accompany by the bad odor by some chemical in the lab. Feels like spending time in a garbage bin...Stinks............
