According to Bulbapedia,the official English name for the Gen V starter had been announced yesterday.
The Grass Starter will be called Snivy (Snake+Ivy)
The Fire Starter will be called Tepig
The Water Starter will be called Oshawott
And instead of Isshu,the new region will be known as Unova.
Pokemon Black and White will be released in Spring 2011 and will be available in Malaysia around March 2011( I guess)…
