Sweet and sour and spicy Vege Fish

Ingredients:
  1. Vege fish X 4
  2. Onion (diced)  X 1
  3. Capsicum (diced) X 1/2
  4.  Tomato (diced) X 1
  5. Cucumber (diced) X 1/2
  6. Thai Chilli Sauce
  7. Vege Oyster Sauce
  8. Paprika
  9. Grounded Pepper

How to cook:

  1. Fried the vege fish until both sides turned into golden brown colour
  2. Set aside the vege fish
  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing the Thai Chilli Sauce,Vege Oyster Sauce,Paprika and Grounded Pepper
  4. Add the diced ingredients into the pan and saute it for a while.
  5. Add the sauce into the pan and turn the heat to maximum
  6. Allow the sauce to reduce into more concentrated form
  7. Pour the sauce on the fried vege fish and IT IS DONE ^^
